It's somewhat to do with my self image. I'm one year postpartum and struggling to lose weight. I keep falling off track and yo yoing the same ten lbs for months. I use to lose weight so easily when I was younger. I'm trying to not let it get to me. I don't have a supportive partner so that's not helping. Also not feeling like I have any identity anymore after kids. My manudane routine is killing me and I feel guilty about that.

Matthew 4:4
“But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.”
What completely transformed my life was reading Healing Scripture every day, and then the KJV Bible at the weekend. If you see the scripture above, many are doing the opposite and not realizing they are slowly starving.
I recommend 'Scripture Confessions: Life-Changing Words of Faith for Every Day by Keith Provance.'
And along with a reasonable diet and a little exercise (isometrics are good). You will rise. You mentioned not feeling like you have an identity. But when you discover how God sees you, and who you actually are and all of the covenants, promises and blessings waiting for you... you will no longer have any identity problems.
