Like say you've already had a girlfriend/boyfriend or been married for some years now, and then one day you see your old ex with a new partner, or you happen to see them on social media with their partner, and they're happy. You can clearly see they have no thoughts of you or the past and are living a good life, yet somehow you who are married or with a new partner feels sad from it, even though you shouldn't because you too have someone.

Ever experienced that?

Noooooo my ex hated me because I divorced her and she promised she would get even , and she did any of you which way she could f*** me over , she did it One
Day she called up said she was getting married. I said great She said you wouldn't talk to him. And I said, no, and I can hear her, ask him if he wanted to talk to me, he said, nope, next thing. I know he's on the phone hello I said hello I said, Mike, right? He said, yes, I said, well, congratulations and he said thank you, and I can hear her in the background asking him to ask me if I was happy and he said no to her and I said, tell her I am so f****** happy if I was gay, I would give you a b*** j** right now, Mike. we started laughing And she says, what are you laughing about? We both said nothing she got back on the phone and she said, what were you laughing about? What did you say  and I said, I told him congratulations you asked if I was happy and I said, hell yes, I'm happy I'm so happy if I was gay, I would give him a b*** j** That's how happy I am, and she started laughing. She said thats not nice . I said you better treat him, right? That's all I have to say . I said I would tell him good luck, but I think I've said too much to him already. I don't want to scare him. Only the exes that I broke up with on good terms , meaning there was no bad ties between us it was a mutual separation, because of our lives at the moment , so yes it’s sometimes hard to see them with someone else

I would say it’s a bittersweet feeling because you get attached to the idea that you meant a lot for that person and even though you move on you like the idea of them still having thoughts of you because it boosts your ego. I get you. That’s kind of a selfish behavior but we are entitled to our flaws.
I think most of the times that happens because people might feel there’s something unresolved or that you might get cross paths in the future because the timing wasn’t right for you when you broke up.

No, I'm genuinely happy for guys who were "into me" but things didn't work out and they moved on. I *even* feel good for them even though my own marriage dissolved bc my guy was a toxic, rampant cheater. What I don't like are the guys who then try to flaunt it when clearly they've picked someone with a poor reputation and no morals (on purpose just to make me feel bad). I just smile and walk away. The gal is into sloppy seconds that's her problem, not mine.

Ima be really honest, it’s bittersweet to see who they downgraded me for next lol. It’s amusing yet insulting at the same time lmao. I was only a little upset with my last one because I also know the girl, but people will be people. I don’t care anymore though. They’re exes for a reason and I’m just manifesting for better things & people ahead.

Yes! My first husband remarried after we got divorced and they both came over wearing matching Tshirts that said something like "We've been to the Caribbean" which they let me know that's where they want for their honeymoon.

He and I have a son, and they picked him up once in a while so I would have to see them together and driving off with OUR son in his Porsche!

He married a woman who had a rich Daddy.🙄

nope... school days, even college, was forever ago and we remained friends, great friends in fact

they met my other girlfriends from later in life, I met their boyfriends and all that

I guess that it is because of us, not ending in bad terms that, there's no real reason to feel bad or hurt over anything either... I like to see them happy as I am happy myself

Nope. Glad to see an ex find someone they're suited to. They're your ex because you were not suited to each other. Maybe you might feel wistful of the good times you had together, or disappointed you couldn't work things out, but hurt, no.
