Should it be the man or the woman who initiates first time sex and kissing with a new partner?

It depends on the chemistry and connection and attraction , it doesn’t matter who makes the first move , all that matters is one of ya makes a move period. When I am head over heels for a girl and find her absolutely beautiful to my eyes , I will initiate the first kiss , and there have been times a girl would initiate the first kiss with me that was head over heels for me. It really depends on the situation. I initiated the kiss, but she made sure it was on the lips. My girlfriend and I were originally going to have sex the first time around midnight, but she felt a bit unwell, so she woke me up around 4 to do it.
