How often do you let people in your life know that you love them?

Most of them i say it daily or near daily. I need to talk to my mom more though or at least text her more often. I miss her even more now that we live in different states. I love and admire her fiercely and I don't tell her that as much as I would like to. My brothers and I rarely talk at all, but I do still love them as well.
