Honestly, it depended on how close. If we were like 3rd cousins maybe possibly I would consider it but more than likely not even that.

I know any close relatives I have, so we'd have to be talking about someone awfully distantly related, in which case I'd say we maybe would have to adopt a baby possibly, but if we were serious and far along in the relationship, I wouldn't automatically end it, but I'd probably give it some thought

If it’s distant, like 4th cousins, I’d be shocked, laugh nervously, then probably stay together and move on. If it’s close family, that’s a huge red flag genetically and emotionally.
