Men are visual, but in most cases, very poor in communication with girls. The most common frustrations girls have with men centre around communication, emotional expressions and maturity, and respect for equality. A major frustration is when men struggle to share their feelings vocally. They normally communicate through anger or silence, making it hard to connect emotionally. Emotional expressions vocally, and using appropriate words is main weakness of most men. A parallel complaint is – they are not listening carefully – by heart. Most men are accused of not actively listening during conversations, missing the meaning of words used, ignoring, or dismissing concerns, which makes women feel unheard. They are hardly proactive. It is a perceived lack of initiative in relationships, career, or personal growth that is causing frustration. Because of cultural and traditional trainings, men do not take part in daily chores or tasks of keeping home working well. This unequal distribution of laborious works, make women feel that they take on the bulk of mental and household labour. This leads to frustration. Men are trained culturally to control almost all activities of home and social things, including what a woman wears, where she goes, or who she talks to is a major turn-off and red flag. This refusal to see the woman as an equal partner, or belittling her opinions and career, is a major source of unhappiness in their life. When words do not align with actions creates broken trust. This is normally about neglecting basic hygiene and cleanliness, and it is a significant turn-off. Disrespectful language or using non-inclusive language in marriage also makes women feel disrespected, as if they are not seen as equals. Women typically value emotional intelligence, shared responsibility, and respect, and are frustrated by behaviors that suggest immaturity, selfishness, or a desire for control.

Like, men should be able to read women's minds and know why you are upset or what you want. Women's inability to communicate directly is never the problem, right?

And men are "emotionally unavailable". But if a man opens up to a woman about his struggles, he's no longer masculine, he's weak, and she loses all interest immediately.

Shared responsibility? How about accountability issues and insecurity?

This is why a lot of men just shut down and block out some women. You teach us to keep our thoughts to ourselves.

Im used to meeting girls who will sometimes give me their number voluntarily and then never speak to me again. Ill watch them walk up and talk to other guys but look away when i get near them.

Most women, if not all women, - aren't gonna make the first move, and the hints are always mistaken as friendliness or intentionally.

Maybe some women get kicks out of it - no bitterness, just my life experience to now.

What frustrates me most? Mixed signals. Saying “it’s fine” when it’s clearly not. Expecting mind‑reading instead of honest communication. Also, lovebombing then ghosting is a massive red flag. If you’re into someone, act like it consistently. Clarity is sexy, confusion is not.
