People in relationships act single when their mindset never actually left “single mode.” They might love the attention, fear commitment, crave validation, or not respect their partner or the relationship. Sometimes they’re emotionally checked out but too scared to leave. Huge red flag and often a sign they shouldn’t be in a relationship at all.

Who says it happens a lot? I don’t see that often. Perhaps when in a solid relationship people don’t need to outwardly show it because they are comfortable and secure.
