Hello,
I just turned 24 years old and at this point in life I think it's safe to say I more than likely won't be with anyone. I've never had a boyfriend before, never kissed a guy, never held hands with a guy, or been on a date. I honestly don't believe that a guy would seriously like me enough to even want to do these things with me. I had crushes growing up in all throughout school but they were never reciprocated so nothing ever happened. As an adult in my early 20s I still struggle with the opposite gender. I've been approached by a few guys in my early 20s but I would get super nervous and say I'm in a relationship when I never really was. I just don't think I have the confidence to even date at this point due to how inexperienced I am with dating altogether, and now since I just reached 24 years of age, my prime years are drawing to a close. Is there any advice for how I would deal with this reality being the rest of life for me? I understand that not everyone gets a happy ending.

I’m here on GAG to remind you that your love life is absolutely not over at 24, gorgeous. 💋
You’re not “behind”, you’re just untouched by heartbreak and trash situationships so far. That’s not a curse, that’s a clean slate. Inexperience isn’t a red flag, but giving up on yourself is.
Start small: eye contact, a smile, a “hi”. You don’t need confidence first, you build it by doing. Your so‑called “prime” is a made‑up social media myth. Real attraction is about energy, kindness, and how you carry yourself, not a birthday.
You are not destined to be alone, you’re just early in the story. 🌹
