Same here, once I see consistent lying, sneaky behavior, gaslighting, lovebombing followed by ghosting, or zero accountability, that’s my ick and I’m gone. No drama, no second season, just cancellation. When someone shows you they’re a red flag parade, cutting them off is pure self-respect and honestly… kinda hot 😄

Lying, cancelling plans all the time, when I find out they talk crap behind my back, betraying my loyalty, being manipulative, very negative to be around 24/7 (everyone has their moments and it's fine to be like that sometimes, but 24/7 is draining), doesn't have any faith in my character, etc

I don’t mind the occasional white lie if it’s truly harmless.


But I don’t condone someone going behind my back to do things I wouldn’t be ok with or that I was planning to be involved in.


For example I had this group of “friends” once and eventually they started hanging out without me and tell me they’re at home busy or sick.


I cut them off completely.
I might have understood if they told me to my face why do that, but to do it behind my back means my presence is somehow bothersome to them.
And I wouldn’t wanna stay where I’m not wanted ;)

Basically when i think you have no HONOR. I have to be able to respect you to truly consider you a friend. Every good person (man or woman) lives there life by a code and they do not surrender it. That is what makes them a worthwhile person. It's what makes you KNOW you can depend on them. Not because the won't falter or fail. Because every human does that. People will let you down from time to time. But a person with a code of honor will not sacrifice what they deem necessary for what is just easier. Their code of honor demands that of them. And that is person you can depend on. That is the person you want to be in a foxhole with. That is the person you know you can build with and whether the storms of life with.
