Yes. I wouldn't choose a partner based on their income. Working to just work is a fools errand. I view myself as having 2 currencies in life, time and actual wealth. One of those is a lot more finite than the other. Statistically, I'm significantly likely to end up alone. Why would I plan and try for a future that will never come?
