Divorce rate between BMWW

black men like to tell white women that they are so much better then black women. but if that's the case. why are black men white women's divorce rate so high? they have the highest divorce rate in the country. but when black women marry outside of our race it last a hell of lot longer then BMWW relationships.

so if black women are the problem to black men...why are we not the problem with other races of men? and if the grass is greener on the other side with a white women..then why are the relationships not working?

I don't have any links or anything, so I can only go by my own observances. It seems like they may get into relationships for the wrong reasons. They chase after the stereotypes, I think.

Note: This doesn't mean all bm/ww couples are this way.Some girls go to them because of the stereotypes of them being bad boys, more dominant, and have bigger d***s (some might scoff including that, but it is brought up far too often to not be a factor). Some black guys go after white girls because our beauty standards are entrenched with European features, and white girls are also a status symbol, it seems.

On the other other hand, I don't think there are a lot of positive stereotypes about black women or white men for the opposite gender or even racial lines, so they're less likely to get together because of stereotypes. I've also noticed that they are more likely to get married a little later than most young people. Statistically, marriages are more likely to succeed between people in their late 20s with college educations than early 20s or no college education, but there are definitely exceptions to that.

Again, this is not true about all couples. I'm just going by my own observances.

Also, it should be mentioned that about 2/3 of all divorces are initiated by women. Usually it's because of money issues or they simply grew apart (wandering eyes probably), so maybe white women aren't that great. I don't know.

For anyone interested, the only source I can find which supports QA's position is this paper, from the journl "Family Relations", volume 2, issue 2. (It's from 2008).

Called "But will it last?" it is a fairly dry statistical analysis of interracial divorce rates, using a survey from 2002.

This is an observation I had on many black men White women relationship. It's still kind of shunned upon by both the black and white communities. Thus, black men entering a relationship with a white woman is a status thing. I've seen black men reject beautiful black women for fat white women. I believe it's a stick it to the man kind of the thing.

yes I think the western society and black culture in particular has been effected by the diminishing role of males and it has created horrible ramifications to society as a whole. a generation of men raised by women, do you really expect them to be men after that? or do you expect them to be more like women and concerned with looks or what we now call swag

first off black women are not doing as bad as you think. so don't think that a white man saves a black woman from poverty and they go and live in a mansion.

second...women don't initiate divorce because of money..there is usually more to the problem. and yes there are typical black men that marry white women that's why there relationships suck
