My girlfriend texted me "I love you." Did she really mean it?

Well last night I texted my girlfriend goodnight and she responded by saying "GoodNight Babe I Love You" and then after that,she sent another message saying that she didn't meant to write that but she did meant it but she didn't want to say it through text, I just replied saying that "next time say it to me in person" I'm just wondering if she really did meant it when she said "I love you" by the way we have been going out for 2 months if that helps -.-

She felt it in her heart at the time so she simply said it. Whether or not she really meant it depends on her personality and attitude. If she throws this world alot, then she probably use it casually with a few people. If she's careful in using this word, then she means it and she feels it deeply in her heart.

I think she sent you the second message because she felt it wasn't special saying it through text and was afraid you'd think she use it casually with everyone. I like how she acted and I'm sure she'll tell you she loves you in person very soon.
