Did he just indirectly tell me he loves me?

the guy I'm dating was talking to me last week and I said that he was more important than certain things in my life. He listed some things I was higher than in his life.

The next day, he said he wanted to add on more thing to the list of things he doesn't love as much as me.

Did he just try to tell me he loves me? I don't want to look too much into it but then again, I don't want to be dense about it either.

Help a girl out here.

if bacon or waffles was on the list your golden haha. but kidding aside its a very good sign that he has strong feelings for you. possibly loves you but that word is very very tricky and dangerous too soon. but its sounds like something I would say to a girl if that word hasn't been used yet and I did love her
