My boyfriend is too tired to see me?

A few days ago my boyfriend had mentioned to see me Tuesday night, but we hadn't planned it. The night before we were on the phone and I asked if he's still seeing me Tuesday. He said he would let me know how tired he is.

I got really upset and as soon as he noticed I was upset he said "He will come if I want him to come "

Am I too clingy? I feel offended like he's too tired to see me. He does work 7 days a week but I know id see him regardless of how tired I was

I think your thinking too much about yourself, and should try to think more about him, and how he must feel after work. Assuming he's not always too tired to see you when he is its not personal he's probably just exhausted from work and may need some him time you know, again its not personal it has nothing to do with how he feels about you unless he does it all the time then he might just be getting tired of you. By the sounds of it though its the first one so don't worry about it ok.

I wouldn't take it personally.

My bf is the kind of person that can go and do after work, working a 7 day work week, so he would have no problem stopping by my house to see me.

I, on the other hand, need "me" time after a work day, working a 7 day work week, so I wouldn't see an issue if I was too tired to stop by his house to see him.
