But he is negative he kills my positive energy and i end up exhaustee and sad

Yeah, that's part of the reason that issues like Depression are deal killers for me.

Maybe have a talk with him and tell him how you feel. Work on a way of coming back. If not, then moving on to someone else may be the solution.
Well let him know what is happening. If he doesn't care leave.. everyone can change, but if he doesn't want to, you know what to do..
If he’s not quoting seek help, then why stay with him?
