Boyfriend maybe in depression?

these days my boyfriend is in a bad mood, he talks to me sharply and bad most of the times, he has told me that he doesn't like the city where we study, and he doesn't even like the friends he has, one day we had an argument and he told me that I cause him to be depressed and that I am miserable but later he said that we all cause him a depression
also he said that he want to do something by him self to be alone , listen to some music
but I'm at work in the morning and in the evening
I see him for three hours at noon and after the night when we go to bed
so I don't understand why he want alone time
also he doesn't like to talk about he's feelings
these two days I haven't talked to him cause I'm trying to give him space
so what the fuck should I do?

Give him the space he needs. That is my best advice. He wants space to work through whatever it is he has going on. Then let him have it. Don't take it as some insult to you or your relationship. It doesn't mean he has depression. He might but there is a huge difference between being depressed based on a current event and having chronic depression which is a much bigger problem. If he wasn't like this before you can likely rule out the latter. Either way he needs to work through something and if his way of doing that is to have some alone time then let him have it. We all work things out in our own ways and this might be his way. I know it isn't easy but I don't think it has anything to do with you or your relationship.

Let him be. Honestly you told your version of what’s going on w him but he isn’t here to defend or talk about what his version is. Maybe he is annoyed w you. People tend to tell their side, that they’ve been the best person, don’t do this or that but fail to mention all the things they do that their partner doesn’t like. I’ve been w someone women who nagged a lot. Always wanted to k ow where I was at. Got mad over simple little things. It was annoying.

I get what you are saying, but seriously one day he started nagging about his life like he doesn't like anything, he is in law school but I don't think that this is the problem and I never nagged at him like for where he at we don't have this controlling relationship
