Romantic relationships are often about maintaining a power balance and making sure that both parties getting what they want out of it.

With that being said, do you think male/female relationships in which the men are much older and therefore able to hold equal power to his young female partner, more stable in the long run?

It's not your birthday. It's not Valentines day. It's just another day and they never send flowers.

I really feel like there is, and I was wondering if anyone else felt the same way. Obviously a guy can be too young to get his first girlfriend, but I feel like a guy can also be too old to have his first as well. Because at some point, I feel like a guy just becomes too used to being alone that he becomes so set in his ways that he can’t properly adapt to being in a relationship, in addition to the fact that a lot of girls probably won’t want to be an older guy’s first girlfriend and would rather be with someone who’s more familiar with how relationships work at that point. What do you think, can a guy be too old to get his first girlfriend?

I'd say its true, I'd even go so far as to say that they aren't capable of loving anyone but them selves. They never loved you in the first place, they only saw you as a utility, a resource to be used, not a human worthy of love.
