The Pharisees (Republicans) were the religious and the more fiscal conservative party. They were deeply entrenched in money making and profiteering as evidenced from their business adventures in the Temple. They were for big business—especially when it lined their pockets. They were not particularly known as the party which championed the "down and outs" of society.

The Sadducees (Democrats) tended to be the upper social and economic echelon of Judean society. They were viewed as the more liberal party who were against big business and for more governmental involvement in public affairs. While they were often viewed as the less religious party. They embodied more humanistic leanings in contrast to religious ones. Their "big tent" included the “sinners and prostitutes”.

The Essenes (minor-third parties like the Libertine, Green Parties and independents) were a party of desert dwelling separatists who had their own personal agendas and who seldom agreed with anyone.

On Monday, “Trunews” host Rick Wiles invited self-proclaimed prophet Mark Taylor to his End Times news program to discuss “his amazing 2011 prophecy that Donald Trump has been marked by God to lead America.”

Taylor explained that God told him that Donald Trump will be the next president and that anyone who criticizes him will be struck down, explaining that God has been preparing Trump for his entire life to become an extraordinarily successful president who will fight Satan.

Naturally, Wiles was overjoyed by his “amazing” prophesy.

I don't like that the fellow you cited didn't cite his sources. I'm not much of an expert on any of the Jewish sects either then or now, s my comment should just be taken as my comment.

I don't think that the representation of the pharisees is fair. The God of the OT required that they perform sacrifices and as such trading was of utmost import to the people in ensuring that they had the goods needed to procure salvation. It's a far later and more protestant idea that this was anathema.

I'm not sure who wrote the Mishnah, but whichever sect did shows a great concern for the poor and describes the sin for which Sdom was destroyed was their ill-treatment of the poor (Middat Sdom).

As far as all that goes God appears to favor a theocracy, as most gods do XD

What we do know, is that when Jesus was here before, he sought to reach all classes, all people. But he spent most of his time with the poor and disadvantaged. If he were here again, that is likely where he would be today. I'd guess one of the places he would be, is where the infants were suffering, after being torn from their mothers are the border. Jeff Sessions, quoting Romans 13: "To obey the laws of the land, because God ordained them", simply would not have cut it with Jesus, not when he saw the toddlers suffering, being permanently scared, by forced separation from their parents.

There are no political parties which can claim that. There may be a random member in a random party, at a random moment, who's heart or motivation is pure... for that moment in time. But as human beings, the "ideal" that deities present is unattainable and therefore untenable.

If you are churches since 2005 was the last time that churches was not allowed to mingle within church Form but since 2006 somebody actually conquered contrite threw the churches that allowed the Political party's to get in all church with there form that hides most of the vote that goes on within and out doing's in the churches setting. Normally No Church can't get in political pull away or pull in from there Church FORM OF Teachings.
