No, it's not. Religious reasoning does not excuse or justify bigotry. To use your religious beliefs to do that to the LGBTQ community is Christian and Catholic hypocrisy and arrogance.
How is it bigotry to not want to bake a cake? Imagine a Jewish or Muslim baker being forced to bake a pork pie and handle pig flesh. Is that ok with you? Religious people should be able to refuse to do something that is against their beliefs.
It's bigotry because you are discriminating against something for what they are, which in this case is gay. Not wanting to handle pork related food is not disrespectful to meat eaters. You can refuse, but depending on who and why is what makes it bigoted.

It is OK to refuse to serve anyone. No one has the right to be served by anyone else. Restaurants can refuse to serve Trump supporters. Cake shops can refuse to serve gay couples.

Calling something a superstition doesn't mean it is. If you can't verify God is not in existence, then you can't say He doesn't exist or you'd be dishonest in saying that since you can't know it.

It's not the law in the US. Private business owners cannot simply refuse service because of race, religion, national origin, etc.
