Why did god create devil?

Reason for Devil/Satan: Lucifer (Anointed Cherub) was perfect in all his ways but in Pride and Lust, chose Sin (Ezekiel 28:15). {God of this Age (world), Spirit of Disobedience, Prince of the power of the air} Satan, as well as Man, were not created as Adversary but both chose to be God's adversary.
-Firstly, what is the intent of God as related to man? From Eden He wants a righteous (right) relationship with man within the confines of man's free will Choice.
-Secondly, if we were placed in a perfect setting, where there was no room for operating outside of the preferred pattern of God... would we be choosing God or would we be determined Beings simply functioning as participants?
-God did not create temptation or evil (James 1:13,1Peter:18-20). God made things Perfectly and man exercised his God given ability to choose between Righteous and Unrighteousness.
-Thirdly, Providence of God is, within God's Plan of Redemption of Man, seeing too all the physical and moral events fulfill His original Intelligent, Creator, Design. This is not always without horrors and His Providence is most often expressed through the affairs of created in the form of Blessing and Curse.
-God is Sovereign and His decretive will is and will be exercised whether or not we know and/or understand the Steps within His Plan of Redemption of Man. His ways are not our ways (Isaiah 55:8-9).

In my beliefs the devil was born out of corruption caused by free will. So the real question is why do we have the ability to be evil? The answer to that is simple, good only has meaning if the possibility for evil exists.

Satan was God's best angel, lucifer became jealous and grew envyness for God and tried to overpower God, God banished lucifer from his kingdom and the angels that sided with him fell aside him, which is why now we have these fallen angels, aka demons

If god is all knowing he would know the thoughts and what the angel would become. Therefore he wanted and created satan. And if god is not all knowing then he is not god because it shows he cannot do everything.

Your presuppositions and assumptions are not thought through very well. Lucifer, as was Man, were created perfectly and in their own God-given free will to choose, chose, God as their adversary. God is SO NOT worried that He gave Man the ability to chose, God not.

@Guy13 Nope they are. Because god still would know everything meaning all outcomes and has a plan therefore everything must go according to it. Otherwise it would be a very rubbish plan that don't work and proves that he don't know everything.
Free will is not a thing that actually exists. If it did you could chose to not be born but that's not how life works. Even with a god he just forced angels to exist cause reasons. He never asked them if they wanted to. You have a capability of limited choices based on your circumstances that will all lead to consequences but not free will to do whatever you want.
