Exodus 21:22 is the closest thing and that relates only to an act of violence (two men fighting) in which the pregnant woman (/wife) of one is struck and miscarries in which the offender must pay for the loss. Not unlike how an offender must pay for a wrongly killed cow.

You lied about the punishment in the book of Exodus. If you read the next sentence, it says the surviving husband of the woman can punish the guilty man ANY WAY HE WANTS TO, which includes death by stoning.
