Not so much life after death but more of a metamorphosis. I also believe we go to higher or lower dimensions dependant on what we do in life. I think in the higher dimensions evil no longer exists as it's self defeating predicated on devouring.

I believe this (reality) is a form of hell but a more elevated one where things aren't as bad as they're in the lower levels. I believe in redemption & also retribution. I think some of us get another chance living another life if we don't fail too badly.

All of this is just my opinion. I donate believe it's right to dictate to others but to share ideas, respect free will & allow others to accept or reject whatever.

Well, I don't believe in life after death the way Hollywood presents it.

I don't think life after death will be a sitcom where you exist in the same way you do now.

But our consciousness/soul definitely continues to exist afterwards.

I think atheists really have a hard time explaining that when it come human beings, when they use the word "I". To whom are they referring? The physical structure that houses their "being". . . or something else?

Yes because many have been in a near death experience or have actually been dead for quite some time, and come back.
And none of them say that “there is nothing”.

They always mention a “WHITE LIGHT” which is reincarnation by the way.
Or someone pretending to be a loved one will tell you to “reincarnate”.
Or your stay a ghost roaming the earth endlessly.

Actually it is said that, when we were souls. We actually signed up and agreed to incarcerate. And we agreed to suffer and pay our karmas here. And we all have had previous lives or past lives as men , women and even animals.

No, I don't think I've ever believed that, even though for a while I had a real interest in NDE's (near-death experiences). We're born, we live, and then we die. That's it.
