Afghanistan's legal system is a mix of British and Islamic law. Hence the defendant in court needs to build their case as well as the victim needing to.

It's pretty watertight if the victim can prove they were not immodest and not acting contrary to accepted norms. The defendant can be given a penalty of death or losing limbs, for fucking about with a woman. So it's something Afghans take very seriously.

If she can't be arsed covering up, then what else can't she be arsed to do?
