I've seen "seemingly secular" attractive Muslim 20s women who look more Egyptian or look more like "Greek" even yet they seem to want to live a lifestyle both ways - they work in a secular job, talk secular slang and stuff, no accent, not even that they talk islamic or arabic as a secondly language however - they're still living it would seem some aspect of the religion or cultural lifestyles. So my point I ask is - why do they bother trying to have the best of both worlds! Surely that'll only lead to disappointment or a having to chOose eventually.

Update it's like they're dipping their toe in the water trying to be secular in a secular or Christian country, yet they're still clinging to their norms, minus hijab or other more obvious Muslim clothing besides arm coverings even on a hot day. I just wonder why such women try to appear "blending in" yet at the same time they're kind of leading unintentionally people on or even the eyes of men. Shrug

Islam is a religion not a race or country, there are a lot muslim in Indonesia or others countries who don’t even speak Arabic. And there is no Islamic language, only Arabic language. Being muslim doesn’t mean you are Arab.
Not all Jews are Israeli and not all Buddhist wear Chinese clothes and not all Hindu wear saree.
How awesome is the pink elephant Ganesh? I personally own a silver painted fat laughing Buddha - i rub the stomach for good fortune every so often 🔮 I even buy fortune cookies at least once or twice a year for Chinese lunar New year and just because I can and they sell them at any decent supermarket 😂
So many gods out there. A man can take their pick 😅 as can any woman take their pick of any gods, devil or hell or heaven they like - even celebrity worship ♥️
Well theyre trying to blend in not at all, I have heard them talking a lot and they mostly say they do not feel ready for the hijab and full following of their religion but that they would surely wear it later in their life, it's kinda similar to girls partying a lot in their 20s and settling down in their 30s.
Well, not every Christian drives a horse-drawn buggy
