To answer your question, The Bible is critical of what both men and women wear too, it's just "Christians" willfully and deliberately disobey the Bible they claim to believe in. Modest apparel is intended to reduce the temptation to lust, adultery, and fornication. In the United States, our hypocritical people promote sin to one another continually even while 70% of them claim to "Believe in God". All of our entertainment is adultery, fornication, witchcraft, and idolatry (Marvel comics for example with false gods and goddesses).

Paul told both men and women to wear modest apparel. That means not too revealing, and also not "Rich/Gay apparel" either. He also told them not to wear clothes intended for the opposite gender. Both Judaism and Christianity are opposed to the "Mad Hatter" look, which some women insist on wearing. They are opposed to cross-dressing, and trans-sexualism, regardless of what fake "Homosexual Christians" may claim to the contrary. There's an entire chapter in Romans which is a long rebuke against homosexuality and trans-sexualism and cross-dressing. There is no such thing as a homosexual Christian, Muslim, or Jew. There's no such thing as a homosexual Deist either. Either you obey the religion's teachings, including Natural Law, or you are a heretic. One can't have it both ways.

You cannot disobey The Truth and at the same time call yourself a "Believer in God". Either you obey God's standards of Goodness, or you are a "Sinner". It doesn't matter what someone "Claims to believe" if they don't obey Objective Moral Values and Duties given by The True Creator God.

Let me clarify, I'm not agreeing with muslim women being required to basically wear a black sack concealing their entire face and body either. I'm just saying Modesty is both a commandment and a Virtue in all three Abrahamic religious movements.

Every race and culture has Muslims. You get Japanese Muslims, Jewish Muslims, African Muslims, German Muslims... etc etc.

Every one of those different Muslims wear whatever most of the people in that country wear. But when you think about the trope, you imagine some Afghan Muslim and what (s) he's wearing as "A Muslim". When in fact what they wear is Afghan attire. There is no such thing as "Muslim attire".

Modesty is everything for muslims and that comes with criticism or awareness of what kind of fabric and clothing women wear, especially in the same religion. Not all muslims are critical but most can feel a sense of responsibility and accountability before their God, so the need to advise or point out happens soemtimes even unconsciously.

This happens especially where girls or guys are raised with family who have conservative values about clothes and etiquette.

That's actually not the truth. It's actually derived from the Law of Moses. The reason both Muslims and Jews reject Jesus is the same: "God is not a man".

That's false. Islam is based on the pagan Qureshi God Al-Lah. He was one of the 360 pagan idols in Mecca. The Jewish stuff was adopted later.

The Arabic word "Allah" is not a name for God. It is simply a word which means "Almighty God," just as Yahweh in Hebrew is not really a name, but a Title, which means "The Lord".

If they are referring to The Almighty God or The True Creator and they are not worshiping an idol, then their heart is correct whether or not their doctrine is perfect. Nobody has absolutely perfect doctrines, because we humans fail to LISTEN to Him much of the time.

Most of the doctrine of Islam is in fact derived from the Law of Moses, and they vehemently oppose any form of paganism or idolatry.
