Earlier this week when my girl tested positive for covid and was potentially stuck in our vacation destination (Because we are an LDR we both had different travel back). Prayed for it to be a false positive and for her to be able to come home safely. And luckily, that is exactly what happened. A more accurate test was able to overrule the first positive and she could go home.
Literally every time i take a dump, I beg and scream for the Lords mercy but he never answers my prayers.
Perhaps it is because I am insincere and he can tell but it seems much more likely that its because he isn't really there.
It’s a good question but the bible says if you want your prayers to be answered you have to keep it a secret.

Probably when I was 18 years old. I still believe god is the way i hate the way Christian’s act. Hence why I believe in got but don’t call myself a Christian and think prayer is worthless
Every single Sunday I try to go to church to pray and meet our God , sometimes I cannot due to unavailability.
It's been so long I can't remember. Not after I turned 11. That was about the time I realized that God isn't real.
About an hour and a half ago. My wife and I prayed our nightly Rosary.
I do before logging onto this site.
Just about every night, I thank the lord for the day.
About 7 years ago... I stopped because it didn't really seem like I was being heard...
I think I was in the 10th grade. So like 15 years ago.
Today with the priest in the hospital I’m staying at
Never have never will
Maybe 7 years ago. I'm an atheist now.
Less than an hour ago
Like... a decade and a half ago at least.
@Guy__
Either your definition of 'prayer' is so watered down to the point of meaninglessness or you don't know what prayer is.
Placebo is not prayer. No god belief is required for placebo.
I've been an atheist for a decade and a half and I assure you I have not prayed at all in that time.
@Guy__
Placebo happens as a result of faith in... a thing, sure, but what you haven't made the connection to a god.
Faith in, say, a placebo medication is not connected to or dependant upon faith in a god.
I would agree that praying isn't necessarily begging, but it does necessitate talking to a god.
@Guy__
No, that's nonsense. You have a bizarre concept of what prayer is and are just asserting that everyone else thinks/does the same. Not all beliefs are prayers. I have beliefs, I don't believe in a god and do not pray.
But your reality is changed just by your beliefs.
And I am saying that it happens to all people, whatever evidence you choose to look at, maybe it's quantum physics that can convince you.
As I said most people are stuck in stupid ideas that god is some creep you have to beg for forgiveness, I know most people disagree with me.
@Guy__
"But your reality is changed just by your beliefs."
But nothing - that's meaningless, it doesn't address anything I've said.
"And I am saying that it happens to all people"
What happens to all people?
You have one chance to start making sense then I'm done with you.
Yes, all beliefs are prayers. That's literally it, and I'm not going to tell you more.
You feel afraid all the time, watch scary shit happen to you.
Your prayers may not manifest literally 100% as you imagine, but they manifest according to what you feel.
If you keep thinking of how someone betrayed you and feel as if it keeps happening to you, don't be surprised that it happened again and again.
You are praying all the time, right now. If you're an atheist go read about quantum physics.
If you're a little open minded go try it out for yourself... imagine that you're climbing a ladder, daydream about it. Promise to yourself that you won't climb one in real life but keep imagining it everyday. Feel it as vivid as you can...
See if your light bulb burns out or something else forces you to climb a latter, thousands of people on the internet did this and shared crazy experiences, even atheists. Your imagination creates reality.
@Guy__
Then I simply don't accept your premise. Not all beliefs are prayers.
We all pray every second.
Before dawn. How about you?
Probably 20 years ago
i don't pray, cause prayer doesn't do anything.
Never. Waste of time.
