I put no. This is because God desires you to be in a good successful relationship but it is YOUR choice for who you want to be with. Prayer may help a person sort out whether the person they are presently seeing is a good match. If you ask God to reveal to you whether this person is the right fit, it may open your eyes to his strengths/weaknesses. But at the end of the day God wants YOU to choose, and to choose wisely. You can tell God the type of me you are interested in and he may help bring those people into your life. If you start thinking 'is this the right person?' than years later when your relationship hits a hardship (which happens to everyone) you might start thinking you 'chose wrong' and give up on a relationship instead of persevering. I think there is 'the one' in the sense through building a deep relationship with someone you can become unified and one, or perhaps this occurs when having children.
