Because Christians and Jews are insecure about their religious credentials, and have a lot invested in the " White image" of what were Middle Eastern men.

Muslims have no such insecurities.

Jesus and Moses were not "White" nor did they support Romans and Eastern Jews - the biggest followers of each today. So it's "necessary" for Christians and Jews to change the image, invent the narrative, and make them look like the people today.

When in fact neither Jesus or Moses would recognise the people who call themselves "Christians" or "Jews" today.
