Eh.

Personally, I wouldn't date another Christian. I've dated an atheist and a no longer practicing Christian (but really he was quite Christian, he was just too lazy to pray or go to church).

I'm... Extremely anti-religious. I'm born and raised Catholic, but have since left it very far behind. I'm LGBTQ and pro-choice. I'm Leftist. I'm leaning more towards paganism as a spirituality more than anything else.

For me, a Christian is extremely likely to be incompatibile with me. And I'm not interested in deprogramming someone - that's something they need to do themselves, and I don't have the interest in waiting for that to happen.

I'd rather exclude people who self-identity as Christian, and focus on people who are in my other circles without a religious tone. It just makes it easier and faster to find a match, because the values are already more similar.

No one’s stopping them, but read  2 Corinthians 6:14 .  People can do as they please when deciding who they want to be in a relationship with or date, but even outside of the biblical terms of “equally yoked,” being equally yoked can mean sharing the same set of views, morals, and beliefs…  Can a non-Christian and a Christian be equally yoked in the terms of sharing the same set of views, morals, and beliefs? Of course they can, but it’s not uncommon that they will clash eventually, unless both are accepting, understanding, accommodative, and lenient with each others different views, morals, and beliefs. Consider the differences and decide whether or not you can handle them and willing to be flexible meanwhile keeping your own faith or lack thereof.

I would advise against it. Doesn't mean it can't work, though. However, a strong sense of morals is nothing to play around with. A difference in that can lead to headache and frustration in the relationship. Down the line, could even lead to heartbreak.

Yes, christian isn't just a blanket term. One could be a non-currently practicing christian, confirmed christian, etc.

I date a Chrisian country girl in a long distance relationship in my late teens and early twenties because I was bargaining with reality. She lured me back to her family farm for a weekend where the parents weren't around where she pretty much prounced around naked for me singing a sad sad sexually frustrating song about how she needed my unwrapped shlong. Actually she wasn't a singer but she played the fiddle. That's even better for sad songs if the violin is tiny enough. A year after I ended things with her she moved away for school and ended up getting pregnant and the guy she tried to trap left and she dealt with the situation in the most Christian way possible by having the child and dropping it off at an orphanage. Actually that didn't happen. She got an abortion instead and at first she lied to me about getting it. Later on she admitted it when we caught up with one another two years late She was still trying to get back together with me.

I can think of about a dozen couple who tried. And I can think of the same number whose relationship failed. It's possible in theory, but unless the christian doesn't take their religion seriously it always ends in chaos or the Christian leaving the church.

It depends. Most non-Christians are going to want sex so if the christian partner is ok with that than it should work, otherwise, not so much

The bible says no. If a believer marries a non believer and divorces for anything less than adultery , That person in God's eyes is still married to the unbeliever and even if that person remarries , they will be guilty of adultery.

they can, but its a lose lose both for the christian and for the non christian.  im not christian for example, and things like that will effect the kids etc
