Does the Bible explain why America has gone crazy?

Is there a Biblical explanation for why America has gone crazy in recent years? That’s the question that they are asking today. There has always been wickedness in the world, but never at the level that we are experiencing in our nation. Entire nations are falling away and being deceived. What explains the current tor**** of raw evil being manifested today?

Thanks for all the comments. I didn't expect this many responses.
My take on this is... when a nation turns it's back on God, and turns to greater and greater amounts of sin, He removes His blessings and ushers in Judgment on that nation. Part of that Judgment is Him turning many people over to a Reprobate-Mind (where wrong-headed people actually believe they are right about their wrong and ungodly beliefs)

America is under judgment, as Israel was, for her Sins. From what I can tell historically it started full force in the 1920 as Puritan influence declined and Freud/Jung began to flourish... From removal of 10 commandments, prayer, abortion, destruction of God designed Family (no Dads, LGBT, etc), 60s, and bunch of other stuff the 55-80s on here can attest too...
America has been given over to her lusts, hardened heart (ABORTIONISTS), and general debauchery. Pretty much, the last 100 years have been in outward defiance of God. The Decay and the end of the Blessing of God has arrived.

When it comes to certain general rules that apply to any jurisdiction, sure! For example, that righteousness exalts nations, while sin is a disgrace to any people (Proverbs 14:34) works for any place, U. S. A. or not.

When it comes to sermons based on Bible-"revelations" specifically for the U. S., as though it were written in the text created before 1776, I disagree. When the book of Revelations serves as the basis, doubts are easy. The text is vague enough to cover many things, which makes sense. (Can you image trying to explain life today, our current-events, and the technology available to just about anyone… but using Victorian-era English only? Now, imagine doing the same with A. D. 100's Greek & Aramaic.)

In the Bible it has like two places it can be interpreted as anti gay, while Jesus directly says about 53 times that wealth is evil, or leads people astray or blinds people to faith. So maybe the hyperfixation on “The Gay Agenda” and ignoring the unimaginably enormous super conglomerate companies is part of the issue
