Got any plans for where you want to study and what?
Some European countries offer free university education even for non-citizens, so that's perhaps a option?
Living expenses, books and other study materials and excursion costs are still something you'll have to cover though...

@Losalt Well I'm planning to study Psychology and I'm hoping to go to US for University. Scholarships are a lot easier to get there than in Canada. For the other expenses it won't be a problem.

Still, perhaps a year on a different continent would do you good too though. ;-)

Not Norway where I live though, I'd suggest Germany, they have a lot of highly regarded universities that's free for non-citizens.
