Upfront: I don't have a good answer for you. I'm an atheist, and I have a passing interest in theology, not a degree in it.

Scripture does not directly address whether or not fallen angels can repent or become good, but many people read it as implying that they cannot. 1 Timothy 5:21 speaks of "elect angels," perhaps implying that some angels have been chosen to stand with him and others were chosen not to, thus are forever separated from him by design.

Other people think God simply has not revealed his plan for the angels to us, perhaps because it does not concern us and we should be focusing on our own salvation.

The Catholic Church has a pretty straightforward opinion: no, they cannot.

If you Google "can demons be saved?" and read opinions from various people, it seems like most people believe that demons are beyond redemption and incapable of feeling remorse, doing good, or changing sides. Evil is somehow part of their nature, and the devil is the very embodiment of sin.

But demons are fallen angels -- intelligent beings with free will, right? After all, their choice to rebel was that caused them to fall in the first place. So why can't they change their mind again?

Depending on who you ask, angels and demons may be fundamentally different from us in spirit and intelligence. Either they are not "created in God's image" like us, or they exist beyond time and so their choice irreparably severs their connection to God from now to eternity, or some other reason. Specifics vary, but the prevailing attitude seems to be that they are not able to feel love or sympathy for us, so they do not deserve ours.*

TL;DR: most people think not, but the Bible doesn't specifically say they can't, so it's debatable. If you want a more solid answer, I would ask a theologian.

* Footnote: I have always found this attitude profoundly disturbing. It basically boils down to "they are different from us, so it's okay to hate them", and I'm sure I don't have to explain how problematic that reasoning is.

The takeaway is that whether or not the devil is the embodiment of sin, treating the concept of evil like a person creates a place in your heart for hatred, and it is from there that human evil springs. We should resist the devil, but hating him, somewhat counter-intuitively, invites him in and gives him power over us.

More generally, I personally believe that nobody is EVER beyond redemption, and I think that hatred is an emotion that nobody is truly deserving of. I was raised as a Christian with the core belief that we should love our neighbors (meaning everyone, everywhere). That somebody could be undeserving of forgiveness seems completely incompatible with a god who is unconditionally all-loving and infinitely merciful.

The damned should be mourned, not scorned.

the devil is ruler of this world. Demons are all on the same team, and there goal is to beat you. And if that means lying and making you think they are on your side or that they are not that bad, then that’s what they are going to do. This ain’t basketball as if they can be a free agent. It’s life or death, Whatever you want to think or whatever you want to give up in order for you not to live anymore, they are willing to do so you lose.

Jesus is your only advantage. Some don’t believe in that and sadly that’s like going to a battlefield in the middle of a war in beach clothes and a Sippy cup, all the while you got killers ready to slit your throat, but you think you about to sit down and watch a nice movie at the theaters. That’s the reality we live in.

wym by matrix? this is real me and you are really talking the world is real. it may be temporary, but its still real. and a virtual world would be real technically if you are living a life experience, making meaningful connections, dont know its fake and realize its fake but its what people are accustomed to because sthe real world is dangeorus and ugly.

Well, that depends- what IS a demon? If they're just angels who backed the wrong horse, it seems eminently possible to me. If it's something else, well, it would all depend.
