Is it weird to think of someone all day?

I recently had a dream of a childhood crush, which led to me thinking of him sporadically. On New Years Eve I went to church and he was there. However, we weren't able to speak and went our separate ways after. He does not go to church often and neither do I.

I cannot stop thinking of him and it's a little weird to me. I feel like a stalker or something because why am I like this? Has this happened to anyone?

When we develop feelings for another person they tend to be in the forefront of our mind. The same is true for regret as we can focus upon the regretting. In both cases we can be consumed. For me, I dream about those things and when I remember it then it is time to chill.

Yes, if it's obsessive. If thinking about him gets you excited or heightens your emotions drastically, that's another bad sign.
