Having creepy sleep paralysis experience just now?

I was falling asleep when suddently i got that feeling of something watching me and not being able to move at all but to be aware of eveything around me and thats when i see a figure literally toach my whole body and wisper non sense in my ear to the point where it tickles and im so scared my heart is beating out my chest and after that i kept falling asleep to the same shit that creepy looking women kept grabbing my shoulders and my chest and wispering in my ears gibberish but it felt so vivid and real I don't know what that was but im not going back to sleep.

For me it’s because I was almost killed in my sleep so now have extreme stress before sleeping.
My ex girlfriend stabbed me while I was sleeping basically because she saw my pornhub history. I was watching some disturbing videos
