Ever had sleep paralysis?

I had it once it was an interesting experience.
I was lying on my stomach, heard this high pitched noise, had a warm sensation around my neck, feeling like something was pressing down on my back and everything was dark cus it was in the middle of the night. That was like few minutes and it just disappeared I could move again.
10/10 would do it again. xd

When I remember and record my nightly dreams sleep paralysis happens a lot. I just recently had two episodes.
1. I was on my bed and was daydreaming. I fell asleep and then sort of woke up. I heard footsteps in our kitchen. I assumed it was my grandmother, wearing high heels, walking in our kitchen. My grandmother passed away about 1 year ago. I yelled out, "Hello?" I tried to get out of bed to greet her but I couldn't move. I kept hearing the high heel footsteps. I continued to try to get out of bed but couldn't. I then snapped out of it.

2. I was on my bed and someone was loudly knocking on the back door. I yelled out, "Just a moment" and tried to get out of bed but couldn't. The knocking got louder and louder and then he (I assumed it was a he) kicked the door in and I could hear his anger. I tried to get up but couldn't. I then snapped out of it.

there was this one dream where i found myself in a dark background, i couldn't move nor breathe. but i had this feeling that i was in a dream and tried to get myself out of it. im also practicing lucid dreaming so that could be the reason this happened

Yes and it was so horrifying. I woke up in the middle of the night after a dream... but it got kinda interrupted by some noise in the Hallway (I live in an apartment). Just like how you would wake up while dreaming... but the only difference was that it felt real and I couldn't move or talk

.. so.. there were footsteps coming from the hallway... as if someone was about to knock on my door... and it actually happened. But only once

At that moment... when it was over... I have felt incredible eeriness inside my body, so that it made me hide inside my blanket 🤯🥶 and was frozen in fear

While experiencing sleep paralysis, you might hallucinate vivid waking dreams. Don't worry about it, you probably watched something horror or thriller before falling asleep. Try to punch yourself to wake up if you're having a nightmare, that's not possible but try to manifest savior version of yourself to save yourself from dreamons (dream demons). 😀

And for demons they are always with me in different forms and the newest addition in a form of dreamons is nothing to be concerned about. xd

Multiple times lol, it was terrifying at first but when I got used to it, it wasn't anymore. Also, I have often experienced lucid dreaming after sleeping paralysis.

Yes and lucid dream. I read somewhere that sleep paralysis is a rare occurence in an individual but I had it thrice in a week. Became bff with the apparition at that point.

I have had it and I have it once on a while. It is one of the most horrifying experience to go through. I have noticed, I always have it when I am not sleeping on my regular bed and I am also not sleeping with the intention of sleeping all night... eg having fallen asleep in an uncomfortable position in the TV room. Also, it's always when I am alone in that whole area of the house.

Yeah the first time it happened was when I was taking an afternoon nap when I was in college around the age of 22. It was weird! I somewhat woke up but I could not move!

had a dream, his hands were around my neck and his eyes turned black.


I woke up
to my hands in a position where I was trying to get his hands off my neck….
I was choking and balling with tears…..
I ran to the bathroom checking my throat and chest…

Yes. When woken from deep sleep. Perfectly natural. The body releases chemicals so we don’t act out our dreams.
