This can last anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes!!
This is because you are in sleep mode but your brain is active.
It is not clear why sleep paralysis can happen, but it has been linked with insomnia and stress.

I know for myself, I nearly didn't come through it, with the last severe attack I had, it took months of different techniques to "snap" myself out of it!!! I pray that it doesn't happen too me again!! šÆ
