Why do evangelicals think spreading "THEIR" religion justifies them breaking the rules of another country but no one else can break america's laws?

Evangelicals some how think they can just go to a third world country of brazil and spread their so called good news and then justify breaking their laws but then get mad when foreigners come to the US and breaks their laws. Why do they think they can dictate which earthly laws to follow and which to break?

Those fanatics are the worst cancer in the world. Here in Chile what they dedicate most is to cheat people (especially poor people) and preach in prisons where they have an army of 'rehabilitated' that once 'rehabilitated' continue to steal and assault but with the grace of God.
