If religious people judge non-religious people, does that not make them a hypocrite for propagating non-judgmental teachings?

Jesus told the disciples they were allowed to carry swords after they matured. Mature people are allowed to judge certain types of people. New and unstable people are not allowed to judge cause they will make errors when they judge others. It’s not that judging others is wrong, it’s that you might not be qualified to judge others if you have personality issues or factual information issues. I’ve been judged many times for things I never did cause people came to conclusions about me based on incorrect information.
