Anything that will make people feel "Self fulfilled" and make them feel good about themselves. People are suckers for "Spiritual enlightenment". One person fills their head with a bunch of positive thoughts, they're good to go! It worked for all the other religious leaders, well, except for Rev. Jim Jones. Everyone was onto him, but for everyone else it worked, lol.

Those things all require a fair amount of charisma and networking skills. I'd go more for some kind of conspiracy theorist cult where you can hide behind cryptic messages and online forums while you just sit back and collect the donations from people who think they're helping you build a war chest to take down the deep state.
