Do christian men show their interest in a woman by staring into their eyes?

I'm trying to decipher if this christian man I work with is interested in me. The only things I've noticed is when we talk he seems to sound a bit shaky in his voice and he seems to be taking a lot of glances at me when walking by. My friend at work said she notice too that he's being eyeing me and he seems to appear where ever I am. Why is he looking?

I think he´s probably insecure about his feelings. Chances are that he´s actually taken and now has to battle having feelings for you.
The other reason could be that he´s inexperienced with dating or isn´t sure about his feelings.
A third option could be that he just thinks you´re attractive but he has no feelings for you.

I don't know if this means he has some sort of feelings for me but a couple times when he was talking to me his voice sounded shaky and when I was taking my lunch break with a friend we were laughing when he walks in blushing, his whole face was red and he was smiling from ear to ear looking me straight in the eyes. And he sat down I noticed he was bouncing his leg up and down I've seen him do this 2 times when I'm around. We also locked eyes one day without talking for a few good seconds and ever since he's been looking, glancing at me.

I don't know if he was jealous but a guy was fooling around with me causing me to burst out in laughter, as I walked to the lunch room to grab something I saw him sitting there and he didn't even look at me all he said was " Sound like u guys were having fun out there". So what do u think 🤔. A coworker said he all always looking in my direction not paying attention to where he's going and everywhere I am he's not to far away she said when we 2 are in the same room it's like she could see and sense a vibe and excitement going on she called it a connection.

From what you´re describing I think he´s interested in you in some way (his voice got shaky, he blushed) and he got nervous. It could be that he´s not sure of his feelings so he doesn´t make a move. I think he´s not a very self confident guy and therefore stays in the back to avoid the rivalry with other guys and because he´s not sure if you´re taken.

Hey I know this post is old, but I hope you can respond back. So I finally told the guy I like that I liked him. And he said he already knew that because he can read people really well and that he was flattered and he doesn't have the time. He also told me that he had a bad experience with someone who he got involved with at another job.

But here's the thing I don't understand the rejection. Just before I revealed how I felt a coworker friend of mine said they were working together and he mentioned that me and him were working together, she said his whole face lit up like a Christmas tree when he said my name, she said he was smiling with a big Ole grin on his face. I don't understand all the staring for months and the blushing all the nervousness. Like when I seen or heard him talking to other female coworkers he was different with them not nervous at all even my friend said the same thing.

That's the only reason why I decided to say something to him because I thought maybe he was liking me too I guess not.

Hey sure. I think the reason is his bad experience in the past he it´s a red line for him dating someone from work. I´m not sure why maybe he also likes the job and if it doesn´t work he feels like he has to look for another job.
Nonetheless he likes so he tries to live with the compromise of not dating you and so he can still keep the job.

You said nonetheless he likes who me? So you think after he said all that to me that he still likes me.

First of all it´s a guess. I could imagine that he likes you but not in terms of falling for you or being in love with you but in terms of he has respect for you and might cherish your work and efforts and sees you as a positive influence. But at the same time he´s not interested in anything deeper because for him it´s a no go to date anyone from work.
I hope that´s a helpful describtion but it´s my guess.

Well i guess he doesn't want to be obvious that he might "undress you" with his stare/looks, so he tries to keep it at "limit", but soon he will Fail...😈😈😈
