Why do religious people think they have a right to police what women do to have abortions or not and then cry prrsecution when they are sued?

They scream and harass doctors and patients that go to clinics that provide sex education and abortion options but then scream persecution when they are sued for harassment and not allowed to protest at the clinics they were allowed to do in the past. It's like if they are met with legal action they cry they are being persecuted. I'm not sorry at the fact that you think you can say whatever you want and harass whoever you want without consequences.

Well as to the policing abortions it is becuase they think its murder, which is a fairly decent position to hold, and generally you try to precent murder if at all possible. As to the crying about prosecution there is an argument that such protests are allowed by free speech laws. Now obviously there have been cases where they have clearly crossed the line, but when they're, from their perspective, so clearly in the right the consequences seem to be clearly wrong, morally abhorable, and targeted.
