I'm not religious, never studied Islam and have only read a bit about Mohammad. But I don't believe negative things that Christians say. He must have been very bright and charismatic.
And regardless of the various Islamic sects that have splintered off, some of which are extremely evil, just like some Christian and Jewish sects, I think the Quran must be about peace and love or it wouldn't have 1.8 billion followers. The Muslims I'm met have been excellent people.

The Quran is complete and perfect it is one book god even says it. I do not believe in hadith because it is multiple books by multiple people where all the stuff like he was married to a child and consummated it comes from.. not the Quran..
