If God exists, then who created God? Some might say - God always existed, he can't be created. Ok, so then why it is so difficult for such people to accept the idea that maybe universe wasn't created, but it just existed by itself like God? Maybe Universe is God?

Technically all else created by God other than humans and animals is "aliens". People are just Hollywood educated in the matter, and think "aliens" means xenomorphs or little green men,

  Yes i can, because mammal skin and hair can't produce green pigments, thats why tigers are orange even though a green/black/white striped fur would hide them even better, it only works as a camouflage as their prey can't see orange.
  Same for humans, we have plenty of shades of coloured skin and hair but never green or blue, or colours mixed with them.
