The first four commandments are not universal.
The fifth is iffy, depending on one's parents.
I agree with 7 if it is referring to cheating.
6, 8, 9 and 10 are obviously noble.

Many non-religious texts also contain valuable principles to follow. The Bible isn't the only source of teaching for ethical behavior.

they are so anti bible they oppose it all. dawkins had a chapter to mock the ten commands.

western society has "swingers" in contrast to 7th adultery they dont see any value in ten commandments.

The ten commandments are only extrinsic. Its literaly an external source telling you what you should do.

The reason why people steal is because they covet. Satan coveted the throne of God, oh it gets into it a little why satan broke all 10 commandments, it just doesn't specifically say why so directly one after the other 1,2,3... etc in the Bible.

It isn't special or biblical to be a moral person. You don't need any context of the Bible to be a moral person.

our generation proves you wrong. who decides what is considered bad? without bible people would think the sin in book romans chapter one is nothing wrong, deserves respect. without sanctity of human life western society kills millions of HUMAN fetus life, with unique dna... not mother body, but still call themselves a "good person" ?
