It depends on the way he created human beings. If he created marionettes he surely won´t. But if he gave humans responsibility and a job to do then it´s the fault humans that fight the war. If God exists he/she can still hold them accountable the moment they die.
He loves us all equally and he made a promise not to interfere with our lives anymore. When he did in the past, it was always terrible. So instead we are all allowed to make our decisions good or bad, but one day all will be judged and punished.
Because no one is innocent. Also, war shows humans how bad they can be, and why they need God and his rules to prevail for them to succeed.
Yes he does. Everything happens fir a purpose. We just don't kniw why yet
God doesn't promise protection to anyone except those in Christ Jesus and those who fear and love Him.
Nor is God obligated to protect anyone from harm especially those who don't honor Him nor love Him.
