I don't know why Tony but I don't see having a soul as a religious thing. In Fact, weirdly enough I see it as more scientific. To me, it's simply a description of the "being" within the shell of your body. It's your soul.

Well it's because the atheists do not believe in god, the bible or any other holy book and do not believe in miracles or any supernatural power, they only believe in what they can see, test and experience, such as what the science can prove to them, other than that they chose to disbelief in everything that science cannot prove!

Our current science cannot prove to people that our bodies contains a soul or that even a soul exists, that's why the 1st thing and atheist would tell you is that i don't believe in fairytales, your body just dies and starts decomposition and the atoms would be transformed into something else, that's all! No afterlife, no nothing, also they will tell you to give them a proof that a soul exists! These people do not have faith and the whole religion is based on faith, so these people will deny everything you say!

I do agree with you that the soul is a description to the being that within the shell of your body but it's alive and it's the energy that makes your body functional, when the soul leaves the body, the corpse dies and when the body cannot sustain the soul anymore than the body dies and the soul returns to it's creator, what's important is your soul cause it's immortal and it's the essence of yourself, if you were a good person on earth that your soul will be saved and will have an immortal life in somewhere beautiful which is called the kingdom of heaven and if not than there is this place called hell which ain't a good place...

The soul is who we are, it's what makes us the way we are as priceless beings, you choose how to grow this soul by giving it good vibes or bad vibes...

The death of our bodies is just physical and that's why when we die, it ain't the complete end, it's just the end of our earthly bodies...

@TonyMetal___86 yeah, I do agree with you but I think if people encompassed the scientific side it would give people who are not religious a better understanding, that's all.

Sweet giant, people are free to choose their path, god gaves us the freedom of choice and we cannot judge others for who they are, i just hope that they change while they are still alive here on earth so that they can be saved in the end...

It depends what you mean by soul? If you mean consciousness then yes, I have that. At least I feel that I do. I feel like I'm conscious of typing this, but I'm not sure why.
