I actually misunderstood the question at first, and when I realized what I had actually voted on I realized my opinion is identical.

I thought this was trying to persuade people to transition gender at first when I read it, basically talking them into something they are not.

But then I realized you mean the version where they try to convert someone gay into being straight and I'm against that for an identical reason. Its trying to make someone into something they are not which doesn't lead to happiness and its against my philosophy.

So no matter which one you actually meant asking the question my opinion is really consistent on this one and I never realized I had the exact same opinion on two issues where most people would probably have opposite views.

It depends on what you mean by that and who it's for: if it's for gays then no, I don't support it; if it's for trans or any of the other alphabets after them then yes I do support it 100% because that's all made-up delusional bulkshit.

Yes it's torture.
Some "therapies" force you to take a drug that makes you throw up and make you watch gay porn to try create a negative association. There's also things they hook up to your genitalia that detect when you get aroused or track your eye movement when watching porn and zap you when you are looking at the wrong thing.

in high school my best friend was very awkward around woman and never had a girlfriend. A few years ago I found he was transgender. I never talked to him but worried he converted because of his failed success with woman.
