Why is it I can’t find a church that seems to satisfy me?

I was I raised Southern Baptist but I don’t agree with the politics and blinded 100% patriotism. I am trying non denominational church which they sing a lot of songs i don’t really know and they get really rock concert-ish and they tend to go long (They advertise 10:30 start time, but don’t really start till 10:55 and sing like 4 songs that take like 4-5 mins each). I also notice church doesn’t really have much for 20/30 something singles as much as married couples, kids, and elderly. I lam Christian but can’t find a church that I seem to fit into

I am a non-denominational Christian woman. I loved going to the non-denominational church.
Do you have a Calvary Chapel non-denominational church maybe in another town where you could try?
They aren't all exactly the same. Search out more of them and maybe you will find one that suits you better.

As far as the singing goes, I always loved the songs my church sang and I loved the idea that the whole congregation was invited to sing along. Instead of just sitting there watching a church quire singing.

The one thing that kept me going to the Calvary Chapel church is that they teach the congregation using the bible (New King James version). They didn't just get up and preach to everyone. It was learning the truth straight out of the bible giving us what book it was in, what chapter they were teaching about and the verses as well.

They don't have a lot of rules like other churches - no singing, no dancing, no music, you can't do this or that. Just straight teaching out of the bible.

I really hope you aren't just going to church to find a girlfriend because that isn't ever right to use a church for benefiting yourself and if you find a girlfriend then you don't go back to church to learn about how to be a Christian.

Believe it or not, in a way, it sounds to me like you've (partially) answered your own question.

First off, regarding the politics and the patriotism? Quite simply, a church is supposed to direct us towards God and to teach people timeless and eternal truths. When it comes to practical applications of such, then the faithful's thinking and acting ought to be moved in accordance with the same. In other words, they can and should speak on issues. Where those issues fall regarding political parties and ideologies is another story.

And as for patriotism? I don't know about others, but the Catholic Church would tell you that you do owe a certain level of debt and gratitude to your country and that you should love you country. Now yes, love sometimes does mean addressing, criticizing, and at least attempting to fix what's broken. But it is still your home in this life.

You and I are in agreement on the matter of church seeming like a rock concert at times. This, consequently, is one reason why I attend the Traditional Latin Mass.

Lastly, regarding young singles groups? Some churches are either entirely too big or too small in regards to parishioners and attendees (some may be registered, but not attend regularly). So there's that. Again, I can only speak from a Catholic perspective here, but there are some dioceses that have young adult ministries and groups. I mention specifically that they're Catholic because there are universal and binding doctrines and therefore common beliefs, whereas other churches move to one degree or another with the times and the culture. One church will differ from another in how they interpret the Bible and conduct themselves.

I'm not sure if any of this helps, but it's a complicated and multi-layered matter.

church we sing that is good. they teach , so expected. sing again. obviously different people *hav different opinions so what do you expect?

and generally since when is "church for satisfy me"? we go for worship n lessons.

you're looking for a church that aligns with your personal views rather than attending Church and being changed. I as a Catholic recommend the Catholic Church as they are the only true Church of Jesus Christ, but more importantly its having a relationship with our Lord God through Christ which matters above all else
