According to the Religious books I am; but I don't do Organised Religion. I reject the Holy Books.

I do not reject the notion of a God, but I am what you call a Deist:

"Deism is the philosophical position and rationalistic theology that generally rejects revelation as a source of divine knowledge and asserts that empirical reason and observation of the natural world are exclusively logical, reliable, and sufficient to determine the existence of a Supreme Being as the creator of the universe. More simply stated, Deism is the belief in the existence of God (often, but not necessarily, a God who does not intervene in the universe after creating it), solely based on rational thought without any reliance on revealed religions or religious authority. Deism emphasizes the concept of natural theology—that is, God's existence is revealed through nature."Historical accounts, and even narratives in the OT, completely debunk the Abrahamic Religions. They were not passed onto to us by God, they have been written by humans to control humans.

All the Abrahamic Religion have their origins in Zoroastrianism, the first Monotheistic Religion (No, that was not Judaism):

"Zoroastrianism is sometimes credited with being the first monotheistic religion in history, antedating the Israelites and leaving a lasting and profound imprint on Second Temple Judaism and, through it, on later monotheistic religions such as early Christianity and Islam. There are clear commonalities and similarities between Zoroastrianism, Judaism and Christianity, such as: monotheism, dualism (i. e., a robust notion of a Devil—but with a positive appraisal of material creation), symbolism of the divine, heaven (s) and hell (s), angels and demons, eschatology and final judgment, a messianic figure and the idea of a saviour, a holy spirit, concern with ritual purity, an idealization of wisdom and righteousness, and other doctrines, symbols, practices, and religious features."Believe what you want to believe, God doesn't care if and how you worship him... but be honest where your religion comes from.

Gluttony, biblically speaking, can be summed up as laboring “for the food that perishes” (John 6:27). It is not only found in over-consumption, but an idolatrous expectation that looks to eating and drinking to provide sating and fullness for the soul (the inner person).

Gluttony is considered a sin in Christianity if it leads to a lack of control over food or harms the body. The Bible mentions gluttony in the Old Testament, including in Proverbs 23:2, which describes it as a form of greed, and Proverbs 23:19–21, which warns against joining those who "gorge themselves on meat". Some Christian denominations consider gluttony to be one of the seven deadly sins, which Pope Gregory made famous in the 6th century.

Other reasons for condemning gluttony include:
Inequality: The wealthy may gorge themselves while the needy go hungry
Self-control: If someone can't control their eating habits, they may also be unable to control other habits

Everyday we moderate our body, such as getting haircuts, clipping toenails, to even just brushing our teeth, is considered a sin.

According to the bible, every single thing we do to modify the body, is a sin. Go look it up. The exact law is "the body shall not be modified in any such way". That means, it should be in its complete natural state, right?

So, by defintion, we sin every day, according to the bible, right?

May I honestly say, I AM AND I SURE AS HELL DON'T CARE! But my parents do... and that's a lot. The life of a heretic or anything of the sorts.

But no, sin is not real.

All people sin. Only Jesus Christ has no sin since he is both human and God.
