Do you believe God gives you annual gifts on certain days?

A guy I met through Christian fellowship said that every year, on the anniversary of his conversion to Christianity, God will send him a gift. One year, there was a power outage and the minute he said a prayer, the lights in the whole neighbourhood turned back on. That was his anniversary gift for the year. Cause the lights had been dim for over 2 days.

I feel God gave me two gifts for the year, and I also got a few gifts from my family and extended family. I pay for our birthday meal but my family is giving me a ride to the restaurant.

I also got two gifts from God. The first gift is I made a major breakthrough in my career. The other gift is I made a major breakthrough in my faith and in my physical health.

Just annual ones? Every day is a gift from God at this point, given that above all the other issues, a world war could break out at any moment now.

Back to serious though... Based on my memories, I don't think it's on specific days, but I've even recently received a gift from both my Father and from God Almighty, actually. My Father took me on a two-week-long bike trip during my time off work, and even though I anticipated it to be a frustrating experience, since I thought I'm not really cut out for such challenges, it actually turned out to be a pleasant, if somewhat challenging trip. Now... While my Father did a lot to make it a good time for me, there are a few details He could not actually influence, even if in His wisdom He could predict the outcome to some extent, so I can consider these to be a gift from God, maybe as a reward for me taking up the challenge.

First, I was proven that I'm actually much stronger physically that I believed myself to be.

Second, and somewhat connected, I was gifted with massive self-confidence, so much that I believe I can achieve whatever I might wish to achieve, as long as it does not contradict God Almighty's will. Like... Really virtually anything... Achieving outstanding results at work (by my former standards, this is already happening)... Going into space... Saving the world... Maybe even finding a girlfriend...

Third, as if urging me to try my best regarding the second gift, I was gifted with increased vitality and the ability to actually plan my daily schedule well, while also being capable of dealing with all the everyday chores more effectively.
